As an Executive Function Coach I aim to:

  • Introduce Executive Function Language to move away from a sense of shame (as failures in executive function skills are often perceived to be moral failures)

  • Foster a growth mindset on the understanding of the brain’s neuroplasticity and how to maximise it

  • Assess your executive function profile to identity your individual executive function strengths and weaknesses

  • Create personalised strategies and interventions tailored to your executive function profile, particular interests, motivations and ambitions

SPECIALIST MENTAL HEALTH MENTORING

As a Specialist Mental Health Mentor I aim to:

  • Evaluate with you the underlying causes of your difficulties and challenges, whether due to the mental health condition(s), medication, or other causes

  • Help you identify the inherent strengths, resources, and resilience you already have to allow you to more consciously access and make use of them

  • Explore with you and create personalised tailored strategies and interventions

  • The goal is to support you become self-directed and an independent conscious learner

As a Personal Development Coach I aim to:

  • Support you during times of key changes and transitions, which can be big, difficult, and painful to navigate. These times of change can be disorientating where life doesn’t make sense anymore and taken for granted assumptions are up for review. However, these times of change can lead to transformative change and growth blossoming into developmental transitions.

  • Take a more holistic perspective and focus on any number of areas of your life from relationships, work, social and emotional domains, to even spiritual or transpersonal perspectives.

  • Through curiosity, reflexivity and asking the right questions, raise your self-awareness and consciousness.

  • The goal is to rediscover and reconnect you with your true and higher self and life purpose. The natural outcome of this is living a more authentic and congruent life.
